Introduction and maintenance of gasoline water pump

Gasoline water pump is a centrifugal pump, consisting of water pump and bracket, low cost, light weight, easy maintenance, also has the advantages of low manufacturing cost and less noise.

1、Change the engine oil
When you use it for the first time, change the oil for the first time after the first month or after 20 hours of use, and after that, change it every six months or after 300 hours of use.
2、Air filter maintenance
Clean the filter element with non-combustible or high ignition solution and dry it thoroughly; then dip the filter element into clean engine oil and squeeze out the excess oil, then re-install it.
3、Spark plug maintenance
Visually check whether the spark plug has obvious wear or insulation ring rupture with gap, if there is a problem, need to replace the new spark plug. Use the plug gauge to measure the spark plug gap, the gap is: 0.70-0.80 mm, does not meet the need to adjust the electrode to correct the gap and remove the carbon.
4、Storage
If the gasoline engine water pump is not used for a long time, the last time you stop using it, first turn off the carburetor inlet valve and let the gasoline engine water pump turn off automatically (if it is not used for a long time, the gasoline in the carburetor will damage the carburetor). Clean the impeller chamber by pouring water from the inlet pipe until the sediment is removed. Finally, put the remaining fuel in the fuel tank into a special container for proper storage. Store the whole machine in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
