Position Responsibilities:
1.Manage the tracking and review of supplier-submitted self-inspection reports for outgoing shipments.
2.Conduct review and approval of final product inspection reports and pre-production sample evaluation reports.
3.Oversee in-process quality control for initial production runs of new products and specialized customer orders.
4.Participate in quality system audits and capability assessments for new supplier qualification.
5.Execute additional ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.
Position Qualifications:
1.Must be willing and able to undertake extensive regular travel.
2.Foundational understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
3.Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related industrial discipline. Exceptional recent graduates will be considered.
4.Strong written and spoken English proficiency is preferred.
5.High proficiency in computer operations and standard office software applications.

1.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's product value propositions and competitive differentiators; Master core product knowledge and the sales process. Execute market sales and promotion strategies to achieve annual sales targets.

Product Planning: Lead the collection of internal and external information within the product category, participate in the roadmap planning of the responsible category, conduct market analysis, and provide recommendations on product positioning, tiering, and lifecycle to form a product category roadmap.
2. Product Definition: Lead the product definition for existing or new categories, systematically consider customer needs, product positioning, and competitor analysis to develop competitive product definitions.
3. Product Maintenance and Execution: Lead the review of various product management data and conduct regular training for sales personnel.
4. Product Implementation and Launch: Organize and serve as a core member in refining product requirements for complex products, verify needs and specifications to further clarify product definitions, and follow through on product implementation, addressing development team queries.
5. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the collection of sales data and market feedback for the responsible category, and use sales, overseas markets, and online channels to understand competitors' marketing and sales activities, providing decision-making support for category lifecycle management.
6. Market Research: Participate in core project research and planning, conduct key data analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports and insights to identify market opportunities.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, no gender restrictions, with good English communication skills.
2. At least 2 years of relevant product management experience, preferably in the power tools or home appliances industry, with international product management experience.
3. Possess product and marketing skills, along with project management experience.
4. Excellent market insight, good coordination and organizational skills, strong teamwork experience, and strong logical thinking abilities.
5. Mastery of market research, product planning, product definition, and product lifecycle management theory, with proficiency in related tools.
