We promise that we still offer the spare parts for 3 years after we stop the production line of relevant series.
Guarantee
Before shipping, each product of VIDO will be inspected and tested strictly to make sure we can deliver our products with 100% good quality.We promised that we can provide maintenance service by free if our products got any quality problem within 12 months since you bought them based on a regular usage.Please do not forget to bring back the invoice when you enjoy the free guarantee service in our stock of distributors or authorized maintenance service center

•Note: We can prolong the guarantee if 1 year guarantee can’t meet the basic request of local legal terms.
The following situations will not belong to the warranty scope:
•1. The damaged goods without necessary formal invoice.
•2. The damage caused by using non original spare parts.
•3. The damage caused by inappropriate carrying transporting storing and keeping.
•4. The damagecaused byrepaired and modified by clients themselves.
•5. The damage caused by abuse, exceeding the scope of functions, and failing to use orfailing to maintain according to the instructions.
